Meet the Founder

Debbie Weiser is a seasoned insurance executive with over 40 years of comprehensive experience in casualty claim and underwriting management. Throughout her distinguished career, she has developed a profound understanding of the intricacies involved in the insurance underwriting process, emphasizing the critical importance of precise policy wording and its impact on incoming claims. Her expertise spans the entire spectrum of insurance operations, enabling her to navigate complex scenarios with a strategic and informed approach.

Beyond her technical skills, Debbie is highly regarded for her dedication to education and mentorship. She has been a member of C200 and APIW, and has served on the Board of Women in America, in which she remains an active Mentor.  She believes that continuous learning and effective communication are vital to the success of any insurance organization. Debbie has a proven track record of coaching colleagues, educating clients, and training new professionals in the industry.
